This charming village house is located in the heart of the village, near the Place d'Antioche, the vineyards and the beaches, as well as the bicycle paths. Its heated swimming pool (open from Ascension weekend to Sept. 30 depending on weather conditions) is accessible through a gate that ensures tranquility for young children.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and a large living room with living room and lounge, very pleasant allows you to access the first part of the sunny garden.
The 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the first floor: 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 6 single beds that can accommodate 12 people.
You can park your car at the end of the dead end street and rent your bicycles nearby, which can be returned to the property.
Given its location in the heart of a village, therefore close to the neighborhood, for your peace and ours (complaints / interventions) during the stay, noisy evenings are prohibited especially outside (around the pool for example) and the noisy use of the pool after 10 pm is prohibited.
The open swimming pool is heated from May (Ascension weekend) to the end of September (subject to possible start-up depending on the outside temperature)
2 dish towels, 2 bath mats and 1 new sponge are included in the price of the housekeeping.
